In case of any flight changes, the notification must be received and acknowledged by the hotel at least 6 hours prior the arrival time. Failing the timeline, the hotel will not be able to arrange the consolidated pick-up. The transfer is a sharing transfer and not a private transfer. Hence, they will have another guest with them.
